Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
SKT Mart ships to over 20,000+ pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page to check serviceability. Some remote areas, SEZs, and military zones may have restricted delivery.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2โ3 business days.
- Tier-2 cities: 3โ5 business days.
- Tier-3 & rural areas: 5โ8 business days.
- North-East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar: 7โ12 business days.
Estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, strikes, or regulatory holds.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on prepaid orders above โน499.
- Orders below โน499: flat โน49 shipping fee.
- Heavy/large appliances: delivery fee shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also view real-time tracking in My Orders.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered after 3 attempts, the order is returned to the seller and a full refund is processed (minus any applicable shipping charges).
6. ID Verification
For high-value electronics (above โน15,000), the delivery agent may request a photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, Passport) at the time of handover.
7. Open-box Delivery
For mobile phones, electronics, and appliances, we offer open-box delivery at supported pincodes. The agent will open the package in your presence so you can verify the IMEI / serial number and physical condition before accepting.
