Return Policy
We want you to love every product you buy on SKT Mart. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, this Policy explains when and how you can return it.
1. Return Window
- Fashion, footwear, accessories: 7 days from delivery.
- Electronics & appliances: 7 days โ replacement only (defective / damaged / wrong item).
- Mobiles: 7 days โ replacement only.
- Books, home & kitchen, sports: 7 days.
- Beauty, personal care, food & nutrition, innerwear: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.
- Jewellery (under โน10,000 value): 7 days with tamper-proof packaging intact.
Return window begins from the date you received the product.
2. Eligibility
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts included. Products that have been installed, activated, altered, or customized are not eligible except in case of manufacturing defect.
3. How to Return
- Go to My Orders โ select the item โ click Return.
- Choose a reason and upload photos if applicable.
- Select pickup address and time slot.
- Our logistics partner will pick up the item within 2โ4 business days.
- Refund/replacement is processed after quality check at the seller's warehouse.
4. Refund Timelines
- Prepaid orders: 5โ7 business days to your original payment source.
- SKT Wallet refunds: instant credit, usable on next order.
- SKT Mart Gift Card: Instant to your Gift Card balance.
5. Exchange
Size/colour exchange is available for fashion items within the return window, subject to stock availability at the seller. Exchange requests are handled like a return plus a fresh order at the same price.
6. Damaged / Wrong Items
If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
7. Non-returnable Items
Groceries, dairy, perishables, innerwear/swimwear, customized or made-to-order items, e-vouchers, digital downloads, and items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
