Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and SKT Mart Internet Private Limited ("SKT Mart", "we") and govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, functionality, and services offered.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Marketplace Model

SKT Mart is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We operate an online marketplace and provide technology enabling third-party sellers to list and sell products. The contract of sale is between you and the respective seller; SKT Mart is not a party to that contract.

4. Account

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@sktmart.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • No posting of content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes rights.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated access without written permission.
  • No fraudulent transactions or attempts to circumvent payment/security controls.
  • No reselling of products through unauthorized channels.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Subject to our Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — trademarks, logos, text, images, software — is owned by SKT Mart or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

10. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or comments ("User Content"), you grant SKT Mart a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such User Content in connection with the Platform.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKT Mart disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKT Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SKT Mart against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
