• Delivery details: full name, phone number, house/street address, city, state and PIN code you enter at checkout.
• Approximate location: only if you tap “Deliver to” and allow your browser to share it. It is used to show your city and pre-fill delivery fields.
• Cart and wishlist items linked to your account.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your orders and share delivery updates.
• To show accurate delivery estimates and charges for your PIN code.
• To provide customer support and handle returns or refunds.
• To detect misuse and keep accounts secure.

Payments

Payments are made through your own UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank credentials or card details. We only record the amount and order reference.

Sharing

We share delivery details with courier partners only to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored on our managed cloud backend with access restricted to your own account.

Your choices

• Location sharing can be denied or revoked in your browser settings at any time.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for warranty, returns and statutory purposes. Cart and wishlist data is removed when you delete your account.
