Return window

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, with original packaging, tags and accessories.

Not returnable

• Innerwear, cosmetics and personal-care items
• Items damaged by misuse or with a broken seal on software/consumables

Damaged or wrong item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the UPI account used for payment within 5–7 working days of pickup.
